Unser modern renoviertes Ferienhaus "Platzhirsch" befindet sich in einer ruhig gelegenen Sackgasse, direkt am Waldrand im Ferienhausdorf Frankenau. Dieses befindet sich auf einem bewaldeten Hügel am Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee. Von hier aus geleangen Sie direkt, über einen wunderschönen und sehr informativen Waldweg, zur einzigen Kirche im Kellerwald, unsere Quernst Kirche. Auch die Kellerwalduhr und die Arche, liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ferienhausdorf und lässt nicht nur Kinder faszinieren.
Wenn Sie Ruhe suchen, ausspannen möchten oder ein Naturliebhaber sind, werden Sie hier wunderschöne Tage verbringen.
Ob eine Auszeit zu Zweit oder ein entspannter Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie, hier sind Sie genau richtig.
Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus liegt als Letztes in einer Sackgasse.
Das gepflegte Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 75 qm und verteilt sich über drei Ebenen.
Im Parterre befindet sich das geräumige Wohn- und Esszimmer mit einem großem Esstisch, Pelletofen, Kabel-TV, WLAN (gratis) und einer PlayStation 3.
Fünf Treppenstufen höher gelangen Sie auf die zweite Ebene. Hier erwartet Sie eine moderne und voll eingerichtete Küche, ein Flur und auch das Bad mit WC und Dusche, sowie das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm) und einem angrenzenden Bad mit WC und Waschbecken.
Vom 1. Stock aus gelangen Sie über acht Treppenstufen in die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten und Zugang zum Balkon. In den Sommermonaten wird dieser mit einer Markise ausgestattet. Alle drei Schlafzimmer verfügen selbstverständlich über ausreichend Stauraum und Platz für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
Unter dem Balkon befindet sich eine neu angelegte Terrasse mit großem Holztisch und 6 Hochlehnerstühlen, sowie ein großer Sonnenschirm für heiße Sommertage.
Sie können Ihr Auto kostenfrei auf unserem Parkplatz vor dem Haus abstellen.
Kabel TV, Internet, Heizung, Wasser und Strom sind im Preis inklusive.
Die Endreinigungskosten in Höhe von 75 Euro werden vor Ort, während Ihres Aufenthaltes eingeholt.
Gegen Aufpreis stellen wir Ihnen Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung.

Summary: We enjoyed four days in this house. It's nicely located directly at the edge of the forest on a holiday park. We didn't use any facilities of the park itself. We were welcomed in a nicely heated and perfectly clean house and were visited by the person representing the owner. He was very friendly and gave us tips for our stay. The house itself is very well equipped and comfortable. The pictures represent the house realistically. We spend two days at Winterberg ski area, which is about 45-50 minutes away. Very well recommended and we would happily visit again.
